D.R. Horton Grandview Reserve Subdivision
At the May 5 2026 Planning & Zoning Commission meeting the members reveiwed a Geotechnical Engineering Report from Civil Solutions for the development of a subdivision off of Grandview Rd. The City’s Engineer also reviewed the findings and that report is also below.
WaWa Convenience Store & Gas Station
At the August 6, 2024 Planning & Zoning Commission meeting the members heard from the developers of WaWa along with surrounding residents concerning the site plan for the WaWa Convenience Store and Gas Station. The commission voted to approve the site plan with a recomendation to KYTC to add an accleration lane to the right-in/right-out entrance on US 27.
Kroger Grocery Store and Fueling Station
Planning and Zoning Commission approved the site plan, with condition at the April 1, 2025 meeting. The developers are required to expand the traffic study and resubmit a sign package. The developers are expected to present at an August 2025 meeting.
Walmart Gas Station
Plans were reviewed and approved at the July 15, 2025 Planning & Zoning meeting subject to final engineering reviews from the city engineer, utility agencies and KYTC.
