Property Maintenance Board of Appeals Minutes – January 22, 2026

The Property Maintenance Board met on the above date at 7:00 p.m. with the following members answering roll call.

Present:          Rodney Henson                      Joseph Schwarber     

Absent:            Bernie Macke

Also Present:  Megan Snyder, Assistant City Clerk              David Plummer, City Administrator

ELECTION OF OFFICERS

MOTION: Joe Schwarber made a motion to nominate Rodney Henson as Chair, seconded by Rodney Henson.  All in favor, the motion passed 2-0-0.

MOTION: Rodney Hensonmade a motion to nominate Joe Schwarber as Vice-Chair, seconded by Joe Schwarber.  All in favor, the motion passed 2-0-0.               

APPROVAL OF MINUTES – October 23, 2025

MOTION: Joe Schwarber made a motion to approve the minutes of October 23, 2025, seconded by Rodney Henson.  All in favor, the motion passed 2-0-0.

NEW BUSINESS – None

UNFINISHED BUSINESS – None

ADJOURNMENT MOTION: Joe Schwarber made a motion to adjourn, seconded by Rodney Henson.  All in favor, the motion passed 2-0-0.  The meeting adjourned at 7:03 p.m.
