LEGAL NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING: The City of Alexandria Board of Adjustment will hold a Public Hearing on Monday April 25, 7:30pm in the Council Chambers of the Alexandria City Building, 8236 West Main Street, Alexandria, Ky. 41001. The meeting is for all interested parties to hear and present evidence relative to the following request:
The City of Alexandria Board of adjustment has received an application for a hearing from Mitch Leigh to request a variance from the front yard setbacks to place a building at 6 Viewpoint Drive that will be a self-service dog wash system. The front yard setback is 50’ in the Highway Commercial Zone (HC). The applicant is requesting a variance of 22.50 ft. on the front yard setback requirement.
The Public Hearing shall be conducted according to Kentucky State Law and Alexandria City Ordinances, and all interested persons is are welcome to attend and give verbal comments and/or to provide written comments prior to or at the Public Hearing.
